J.J.E. Worsaae (1821-1885), a pioneer of stratigraphic excavation.

Gone are the days of "tomb raiders" gaining worldwide acclaim and lauds while destroying precious sites. As with any discipline, anthropology itself has evolved as it continues to examine the many connections linking human biology and human culture, using new tools and new concepts.
