Students from varied academic fields have the unique opportunity to intern with the School of Art Gallery for Kent State University credit.  Internships may involve a myriad of topics from collection management to exhibition curation, for example, and provide students with invaluable hands-on experience.  Interns with the School of Art Gallery have gone on to work with such prestigious institutions such as the Smithsonian Museum and are equipped with the knowledge to seek further professional museum employment or academic studies.
