Angela was welcomed to the Kent State staff in the Fall of 2006. Prior to coming to Kent State she was the Head Athletic Trainer for Western Reserve Academy for two years where she was responsible for 17 varsity sports. After working at Western Reserve Academy she joined the staff of Summit Orthopaedic Group as an orthopaedic physician assistant. Her primary responsibilities were assisting Dr. William Pakan with the evaluation and treatment of patients.
Textor is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, while also holding membership with the Great Lakes Athletic Trainer’s Association and the Ohio Athletic Trainer’s Association. Angela is an approved Clinical Instructor and is certified in CPR/First Aid/AED.

Angela Textor assists with the treatment and rehabilitation of KSU’s student-athletes while working directly with the men’s and women’s cross country team and the women’s softball team.

Textor resides in Brimfield, Ohio.
