Motor Vehicle Operator Policy

University Administrative Policy #3342-5-28 states that university employees (including students) who are authorized to operate motor vehicles owned or leased by the university must have the validity of their operator licenses reviewed on an annual basis. Departments are required to submit motor vehicle operator license numbers to the Director of Public Safety using the Employee Motor Vehicle Operator License Validation form.
