Suggested Timeline for On-Campus Recruiting

Early Summer

• Watch the mail for your Career Services recruiting and events schedule

Mid-Summer

• Consult with the Recruiting Services team to design a recruitment program
• Establish on-campus interviewing dates and information sessions

September - Early May

• Actively recruit candidates by participating in career fairs, career programs, and on-campus interviews
• Connect with faculty and student groups to increase visibility

Throughout the Year

• Place job and internship postings on Flash Forward and conduct additional recruitment activity based upon need and availability
• Submit hiring results to the Career Services Center
