Employment After Graduation

The Career Services Center at Kent State University is committed to assisting students secure employment after graduation.  In addition to helping students create competitive resumes and cover letters, we connect students to potential employers using a dynamic mix of online and on-campus recruiting services.  Flash Forward, our online recruiting system, allows students to search and apply for currently open internships and degreed positions, and sign up for on-campus interviews in the Career Services Center.  Additionally, employers meet with students in person at several career fairs sponsored throughout the year.
