ADVISING THE MAJOR OVERVIEW |
The Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations is a 39 hour major in the College of Arts and Sciences. It is interdisciplinary, combining coursework in five areas: 1. Economics 2. Geography 3. History 4. Political Science 5. Foreign Language One of the special features of the program is its foreign language component, which consists of both coursework and a language - proficiency examination. That combination effectively certifies at least a certain minimal level of foreign language competency which is highly prized by potential employers. |
