Robyn E. Parker currently teaches in the areas of organizational
communication, communication training and development, and small group
communication. Her research focus is telework, specifically building
organizational identification virtually and channel selection issues. Prior
to joining the Kent State Faculty, her freelance work included business
process consulting and secondary market research. She was the project lead
for a grant assessment process recognized as a national model by the
Association of State Arts Agencies. She has a background in Human Resources
and spent four years in the United States Army.
