Stephanie Will, merchandising graduate of 1991, is Director of Makeup and Product Development Worldwide for Estee Lauder. She has a fabulous New York office overlooking Park Avenue where she creates color and trend for Lauder cosmetics.

I am currently working on an entry for the AF competition, which consists of a hat, bias draped dress & cropped jacket. I have found that the knowledge I attained from the curriculum at the fashion school, along with strong bonds I have maintained with several professors have allowed me to be able to create the designs I envision. In addition, the skills I acquired from Charles Kleibacker have completely transformed my approach to garment construction. With confidence, I look forward to what challenges the future holds.
