Eric Baltrinic, MA Ed., PCC-S, LICDC is one of the contributing developers of the Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment (ICT) model; a home-based service delivery model that utilizes an integrated approach to treating multiple-system involved youth. Eric is a project manager and consultant for the Institute for the Study and Prevention of Violence/Center for Innovative Practices, where he provides instruction, consultation, and technical support at the local, state and national levels. In addition, Eric provides materials development, technical assistance and training to mental health and substance abuse boards, professionals & agencies who are interested in increasing their capacities to provide integrated treatment services for youth and their families. Eric has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Akron’s Center for Family Studies.
