The Ars Nova Singers is a small, highly-select ensemble that specializes in unaccompanied vocal chamber music and usually consists of six to seven singers. Repertoire is chosen from all periods with the greatest concentration in sixteenth- and twentieth-century secular music. Ars Nova performs at the University's annual Yuletide Feaste, on concerts with the KSU Chorale, and for organizations and functions throughout the Kent area. Auditions are held each fall, and all singers must also be members of the KSU Chorale. For further information contact Kerry Glann at 330-672-2485. |
