Establishing an employee owned firm or company is only the beginning. ESOP companies face a unique and ongoing set of challenges. These include building a corporate culture of ownership, mastering the technical elements of their form of ownership, and creating a new way of looking at work.

To this end, the Network offers programs which: Build employee involvement skills; Bring employee owners together to explore common problems and share experiences in dealing with ESOP administrative and HR issues; Bring multiple companies together to provide lower cost workshops and seminars to Network members.

The Network is member-directed and reflects a broad spectrum of business and industry from all over Ohio, as well as several other states. At the Annual Meeting, members chart the direction for future Network projects to meet members' changing needs.
