| Grindelwald is the
largest ski village in the region and is under the north face of the
Eiger. The village is also a great place for day hikes. And
you can call at the top. |

The
Jungfrau region has some of Switzerland's best
scenery and skiing with the summits of the Jungfra, Moch and
Eiger which can be seen from
points accessible by cable car or railway. The ice palace
at Jungraujoch's summit can be reached
by the highest railway
in
Europe. The ski slopes of Zermatt are a three hour train ride
from Geneva. Matt was there to ski and see the St. Bernards. |
