The Office of Academic Transfer was created to provide direct services to assist students and to collaborate with other departments and offices in order to facilitate the recruitment, transition and retention of transfer students.

The focus of the Office of Academic Transfer is on coordinating academic advising and career counseling for exploratory transfer students, working with appropriate offices in determining applicability of transfer coursework, teaching a transfer orientation class, analyzing current transfer procedures and assisting transfer students in connecting with university staff and campus resources.
