NEWS: Oscar Ritchie Hall Renovation Project Underway

We are proud to announce the complete renovation of the home of the Department of Pan-African Studies, Oscar Ritchie Hall. The process for the renovation has been ongoing for more than a year and is being supervised in consultation with the University Architect’s Office. The Columbus-based firm, Moody-Nolan has been contracted to redesign the facility and oversee the renovation project which began in earnest in July.

The Department of Pan-African Studies is now temporarily housed in the Lincoln Building at 120 North Lincoln Street, which is located near the corner of Main and North Lincoln; just down the street from Starbucks, across from the Robin Hood and next to Poppa John’s. Although PAS classes will be scattered around campus, our basic operation will continue including our computer lab, help center and student advising.

We will continue to give periodic updates on the progress of the renovation and we are looking forward to our eventual return to the new Oscar Ritchie Hall.
