Deaf Education
The deaf education program is designed to provide
students with the coursework and field experiences necessary
to be licensed as an Intervention Specialist in the area of
Deaf Education.
The Deaf Education Intervention Specialist license is valid
for teaching learners from ages 3 through 21, and grades
pre-kindergarten through 12, who have been identified with a
hearing impairment (e.g. deaf, hard-of-hearing.)
