Union Resolution

- Mike drafted a resolution, will send a revised version over the listserve, then to media

April 4

- May be too late to get speaker funding, but if not speaker possiblity:
Cesar Zeledon of the Cecocafen Cooperative in Nicaragua - If too late for funding, speaker will have to be either local or inexpensive
- Activities discussed:
jeopardy game, street theater, wheel of misfortune, movies - So far April 4 week looks like this:
Monday (5th) - Staff union, co-op, AAUP

Tuesday
Wednesday (activities for tues, wed, thurs to be discussed next week)
Thursday
Friday/Saturday - benefit show at Ratt (?) cybercafe (?) colby will reserve Ratt
Also noted - week following April 4th week (April 11-18) is Hispanic Awareness Week, Nicole brought up idea of possible co-sponsoring April 4th week, especially if Cesar Zeledon can come

- workshop successful
- announce fair trade campaign to other groups

We the concerned students, faculty and staff of Kent State University insist that Fair Trade certified coffee be offered, brewed and served at all times at all Jazzman's and Dining Services locations. (just a draft)
