Davis Bessie is a run down nuclear power plant near Sandusky. It is currently shut down because of mismanagement and a near meltdown.
Boric acid was eating through the reactor chore. Concerned citizens want to keep the plant closed and open the facility as one that uses
another form of energy. 67% of the employees don't believe first energy will keep up the plant. Carol Cartwright is on the Board of
Directors. CHANGE will take this on as a secondary campaign according to people power and time. CHANGE will encourage Carol to
support the shutdown of the plant. Ideas for action have been: postcards, phone calls, letter writing, lemonade stands.
