Topic: Union stance on Sodexho-Wood
Sodexho is in charge of management only and has bent over backwards to work
with AFSCME. Sodexho does not have the power to break up AFSCME because it
has unionized more than the food service. However if CHANGE coontinues to
explore alternatives to Sodexho, neither the union nor the cafeteria workers
would be harmed by this.
Thursday, Nov. 1st at 8:00pm movie- "Romero" will be showing in student Center.
Discussion will follow.
Megan will be speaking to Watson this week asking such questions as "When doe
the code go up for review?" and "Has the university decided on and gone into
agreement with an outsource corporation?"
