Activities:

Fall 2005
The KSU CRs are actively involved in campaigning for our local leaders.

Members of the College Republicans attended the Summit County Finance Dinner at which Roy Blunt, Majority Whip of the House of Representatives, was the featured speaker. Introducing the Majority Whip was our local congressman, Steve Latourette.

Fall 2004 / Spring 2005
The KSU College Republicans were extremely involved in the 2004 election at both the local and national level. College Republicans members attended multiple rallies in support of President George W. Bush and met with Vice-President Dick Cheney after the Vice-Presidential debates at Case Western University. The College Republicans supported the Bush-Cheney '04 campaign through working in phone banks, participating in literature drops, and posting yard signs. College Republican members also worked to register voters.

The KSU College Republicans helped local candidates by volunteering for a number of activities at local Republican offices, and by promoting the general causes of the party on and off campus.

Group activities on campus included such things as public presentations of Stolen Honor and FarenHype 9/11. The College Republicans have mailed Christmas cards to American soldiers currently serving our country in Iraq.

The KSU College Republicans were joined by Ken Melman, Chairman of the Republican National Committee, at the Summit County Lincoln Day Dinner.
